Where is my order?

After placing an order with Missy Galaxy we will send you a confirmation email with your order details (please check your spam/junk folder). Another email will follow as soon as we have dispatched your parcel which will include a tracking number so you can follow its journey with our courier and find out where your order is.

I can’t find my tracking number/order confirmation?

Make sure to check your spam/junk folder for any emails we have sent. If you are still having trouble please contact us at:, or

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

We always include an invoice/packing slip in your parcel.

My order is late?

The delivery times we give are accurate to the best of our knowledge, though sometimes delays do happen. If the estimated delivery date for your parcel has passed please get in touch with us at:, or We will then contact our couriers for an update and inform you of the whereabouts of your order.

Can I return items that don’t fit/aren’t my style?

Of course! We offer fuss-free returns if you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason. Just make sure that you send your items back to us within 14 days of receipt.

To qualify for a full refund, we also ask that you kindly follow these simple rules:

  • Items still have Missy Galaxy tags attached
  • Items have not been worn or washed
  • Items are returned in a resalable state
  • Items do not have marks or scents left on them (including makeup stains and deodorant/smoke/perfume odours)

We reserve the right to refuse a refund should the items not meet these criteria.

My item is faulty/wrong?

After receiving your order, you have a maximum of 14 days to let us know if your items are incorrect, damaged or faulty. Please contact us via email at: or and we will do our best to fix this for you.

How do I return my items?

Firstly, you will need to print and fill out our easy returns form and include this in your parcel.

If the items you have ordered do not suit your requirements (don’t fit, not suitable, wrong item selected, doesn’t look the same as on the website) you will need to send these items back to us at your own cost via any courier. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked service (such as Royal Mail Tracked 24® or Hermes).

If you receive a wrong, damaged or faulty item, we will send you out a pre-paid returns label.

How long will it take for me to be refunded?

We aim to process your return within 14 working days of the parcel being delivered back to us.
