- Can I change my order once I have placed it?
- At Missy Galaxy, we pride ourselves on getting orders shipped as soon as possible and unfortunately, this does mean that we sometimes do not have time to change any order details once the order has been confirmed. You can still contact us via email or our social media channels and we will do our best to help!
- Why was my order cancelled?
- We’re sorry to hear that your order has been cancelled. Sometimes this happens because your item was out of stock or because our payment provider has declined your chosen payment method. We will send you a cancellation email with more details including information about your refund.
- Which size should I order?
- We want you to look and feel amazing in all of our pieces, so we have included below the UK size guide to help reassure you that your items will fit perfectly. All our items are generally true to (UK) size.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards as methods of payment.
- Why can’t I place an order?
- We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble placing an order with us as we always try to ensure customers have an easy shopping experience. We recommend clearing your device history and CACHE before attempting this again. If the issue persists you may need to try an alternative device and/or payment method.
- What do I do if I’ve forgotten my account password?

- Q. How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
- You can click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any emails we have sent you, though please remember that doing so means that you will miss out on exciting launches and exclusive discounts and sales!
- How do I delete my account?
- We’re so sorry to see you go! To deactivate your account with us, please contact customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We will ask for your account email address and billing address so that we can delete your account. A confirmation of this will be sent to your email address.
